Carrier-Tape Peel Force Tester (PFT-500)

    ≡Descriptions:
 
* “ PFT-500 ” is user-friendly , The machine uses microcomputer chip control and computer to do the upper / under two-way transmission of data.
     
 
* Test software compatible with WINDOWS 8~11 operating system, easy to install.

1). Setting：
 
Company name、Operating staff、File name (note.1)、Peel force limit(upper/lower)、Latency.
Record setting (note.2) 、Peel force length (note.3) 、Peel speed (note.4) 、Peel force tester safety range (note.5) 、automatic /manual mode (note.6).
2). Detailed specification setting：
Cover tape、Carrier tape、Sealing conditions setting、Type of taping machine、Testing environment.
3). Data process：
Maximum peel force 、Minimum peel force 、Peel force range 、Peel force average 、Testing data standard deviation.
4). Testing width of carrier tape for PFT-500:
Width 8~72mm, and there is fast clip function in the machine.
5). FPT500 is certified with EIA482-2.
6.) The peel force adjuster with horizontal and angle adjustment function, the sample is easy to setup.
 
7). The height of sample adjuster is suitable for any value “Ko”.
 
8) . Peeling angle adjuster for EIA 165 ~ 180 degrees, and when the test process is running the stripping angle is fixed (PFT-500).

≡Notes:
 
(Note.1): Data files can be named by users or numbered and dated automatically by our system.


(Note.2): The latency length of data recording can be preset to avoid the invalid result of the testing by not pull strengthening enough the sample in the beginning.


(Note.3): You can setup the testing distance 50 to180mm, when the testing is running, the monitor will show the testing distance, and the machine will be stopped automatically when it reaches the testing distance you set.
(Note.4): The peeling speed can be set within the range of 100 -300 mm, it shows the speed on the monitor before running the test.


(Note.5): When the data is over the safety value you set, the system will stop the machine and it will show warning messages on the monitor.
 
(Note.6): Automatic mode is suitable for whole lot of testing samples; you only once press to finish the testing process, include-- to return to zero the Peel Force Tester, to catch and save data, to print testing reports, and to reset the machine.


(Note.7): Our testing software can provide QC report for 20 times testing results.
